AI Decision Support

Dara's AI assistant works on the same modules and within the same permissions that users deal with every day, and it has no separate database of its own. A staff member can write what they need in Persian, for example “File a Qard al-Hasan loan application for this customer,” and the assistant fills in the form and moves the process forward up to the point where human approval is required. The system does the calculations, and the assistant shows the result together with its source.

Where it helps

Back-office staff spend most of their time finding information and filling in forms. The assistant speeds these tasks up. It tells you which work queue a customer's case is sitting in and since when, fills in a request form from the staff member's description, pulls a report nobody has built before out of existing data, and, before an audit, lists the permissions that do not match a user's role.

Boundaries that stay fixed

The assistant creates no new level of access and sees only the data the user would see after signing in to the portal. Posting a voucher, deactivating an account, publishing a process and sending correspondence all wait for the user's explicit approval. Final identity verification and any credit or pricing decision are never made automatically.

Numbers from the system, answers with sources

Totals, trial balances, account balances and days overdue are calculated by the system, and no figure comes from text generated by the model. Every answer that refers to data states which voucher or work queue it came from and under what condition, and every action taken with the assistant's help is recorded in the audit trail.
