This page explains what information the Dara website collects from visitors, what it is used for and how long it is kept.

What information we collect
The Dara website collects only the information you provide yourself through its forms:
- Contact form: your name; a way to reach you, such as a phone number or email address; your organization's name (optional); and the subject and text of your message.
- Demo request form: your name, job title, the name and type of your organization, a way to reach you, your areas of interest and any comments you add.
- Résumé submission form: your name, a way to reach you, your résumé file and any notes you attach.
- Newsletter: your email address.
How we use this information
Information submitted through each form is used only to respond to that request: replying to your message, arranging an introductory session, reviewing your résumé or sending the newsletter. This information is not sold, and it is not disclosed to any other person or organization except by order of a legal authority.
How long we keep it
Messages and session requests are kept for as long as follow-up is needed and are then archived or deleted. Résumés are kept on file for relevant future openings unless you ask us to delete them. Your newsletter email address is kept until you unsubscribe.
Who has access to it
Access is limited to the staff responsible for handling each type of request. Résumés, for example, are seen only by the people in charge of hiring and the managers of the relevant team. Access to the website's admin panel is controlled through personal user accounts, according to each user's role.
Cookies and traffic statistics
Dara's public website does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not use any third-party tracking tools. To gauge how much traffic the site's pages receive, we record only an anonymous visit count for each page; the visitor's IP address is not stored with it.
An essential session cookie is set only for staff who sign in to the website's admin panel and is not used for public visitors.
Your rights
You may ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter simply by contacting us.

Changes to this policy
